The engine is coupled to a GM 200R4 automatic transmission that allows for cruising at a low RPM via the 3 speed overdrive. A Ford 9 inch differential with drum brakes makes the drive train suitable for the heaver Cad frame and weight. The Cadillac Sedanette is an effortless cruiser at modern highway speeds. When you open the Sedanette's doors you will find a comfortable custom complete interior designed by Greg's Upholstery done in Ultraleather. He stitched up the original seats frames, door panels and headliner in the "Doe" ( Off White ) Ultraleather to make a clean nostalgic custom interior. The air conditioning blows cold and is provided by a period aftermarket under dash unit.
